We are glad you are interested in joining the club!

Please do the following:

1. If you are an adult:  fill out the adult information sheet/waiver and sign.

2.  If you are a minor age 17 or less:  fill out the minor information sheet/waiver.  Your parent or legal guardian must also sign the waiver. 

3.  Send the information sheet/waiver with Dues to P.O. Box 45, Los Alamos, NM 87544.  An annual membership for adults (18 years and over) is $30.  Yearly youth membership is $10 and an annual family membership is $40.  Checks may be made payable to "Triatomics".

4.  Alternately, you can sign up and pay dues with a credit card via Active.com.  Active charges a $4 fee for this service. Click here to register through Active.

Your membership will be activated when your dues are received.  You should begin getting emails from the club mailing list shortly after your membership is activated.  Thank you for joining!
