Triatomics Running Activites

Thursday evening group run for all abilities. Meet at 5:30.

Typical evening run would be on the local trail system around Los Alamos lasting about 1 hour. Meeting location to be determined on a weekly basis via email to club membership...frequent meeting locations include Wellness Center west side of parking lot and Aquatic Center parking lot.

Weds evening Track workout, Middle School track North Mesa.  6 pm. 

Track workout for speed, sprints, distance.  Changes made via email to club membership. Will continue throughout summer.
