Weekly workouts- Tentatively meet at 5:30pm on Monday
- Warm up for 10 minutes on your own
- Suggested workout will usually be posted on the blog.
- Be prepared to work hard.
- We'll do a 400 yrd time trial and the times will be posted
Occasional Open Water Trips to Cochiti or Heron Lakes- Often, club members may either organize a full weekend lake trip, or just a day trip
- Check the online resources for Heron and/or Cochiti Lakes
- Bring a wetsuit
- Be sure to bring lots of drinks to rehydrate and food for the long days of training.
- It's best to swim with someone...we'll usually break out into groups or pairs
- Bring a bright swim cap
- Other training such as biking and running are also possible on these trips
- Watch for emails sent out periodically from about mid-May to the end of the summer (sometime in September)
